The US uses the term "zip code" instead of "postal code" that the rest of the world seems to use.

Philippe, you might even find it for sale in a bookstore in France. If you continue to have problems with ordering the book, let me know and I will send you mine (a bit greasy from my rebuild
 ) and then I will just get another one later.
