How to remove throw-out bearing retaining ring?

ok, that wasnt hard. quick question. looking at the pics. #10 is installed with the concave (cup) facing up, and you didnt take a pic of #9?
i installed it:
bearing first, thin washer, concave finned thing/washer/spacer, pressure plate, notch washer, then lock ring...right?

btw, i got smooth rolling with Zero wobble. my old one jiggled and wobbled about .25 inch in every direction.

Cliff,
Take another look at the diagram, I believe you have 1 washer, then the concave washer, bearing and plate, then the big washer and then the small, locking ring. Check the diagram carefully as I may be remembering it wrong. I believe the concave washer was installed "cup up". You'll know when you have it "right" because ther will be no "wobble" at all, it will be nice and tight and the throwout bearing will spin freely.
