"good, honest, and are reasonably priced"; with the cost of living in southern California pick any two. Kidding aside, the LA region guys on this board will likely have some suggestions. Jim

I highly recommend Hergesheimer Motorsports in Lake Forest. They are honest, highly competent, and fairly-priced. They work on street cars and also maintain and prep several race cars for their customers. Out of curiosity, what type of work do you need to have done?

i just bought my porsche about 3 weeks ago. shifting in 1st and 2nd is a challenge so i want to put all new bushings and put new transmission fluid in. i would do all this myself but, i cant seem to find the time right now, so i was thinking of having it done somewhere. plus in need to find a place for future valve adjustment, etc. i will check out the place in lake forest. thanks.

Consider Aase Motors in Fullerton. Jeff Erickson there has taken good care of my 83 SC. Seems very honest to me and does a good job. Very happy with his service.

Congratulations on your new ride!!
