Do you remember when...
...you first bought your 911 and it was as plain as it came from the factory? No ducktail, no spoilers, no big wheels and tires and loud mufflers.
I saw a bone stock example of my car today. Nothing done to it but tinted windows. Man, it was sweet! For a moment I pined for my car to look as it did when I first bought it (and have the same motor, no less). But then I hit my gas pedal and some corners and pretty much got over my trip down memory lane. There's no real moral to this. Well, maybe except that in their truest stock form, these 911s are some pretty fine works of art. Now where's that SC. I have a V8 waiting for it. SmileWavy |
there is something to be said about an older bone stock porsche. they look great, drive well and wont let ya down(at least not often we hope). everyone likes to make their porsche their own, when my dad and i first got ours it already had a different engine so it mades things easier. to each his own, regardless what it is we still love our own porsche's.

Porschekid, I"m with you man. I love seeing a nice older 911 in bone stock form. With that said, I think it's cool to see these cars individualized and they're all unique in their own way.
