I like your crest where the lid latch goes. I know you will be using a different latch. Been hearing a lot about the car. Good to see it. Love to see it in person. I'm in Long Beach (hint) :D

Mark,
We missed you in BW last weekend. Your car looks great. I want to know the #'s when everything is back in.
My car ran OK. It was running hot at times (250 degrees). I'm going to have to "up" the cooling. Anthony and I were having fun swapping positions. We were on each other's bumper most of the race until I had to pull off because of my oil temp. There was a big, dumb, Mustang hogging the track that we could not get by. We get him in the breaking zone... then he zooms off on the straight...then repeat.
We are moving into the new house on Thursday. We can't wait. We probably will not race until Cal Speedway. My Dad's motor will be done soon so he will be there.
Uncle John was hit after a spin. The front left fender/susp is toast. There was a little tub damage but it is fixable. I can't say that for the Sunbeam Tiger who took the damage right in the nose. That car was wrecked BAD. The wreck was considered the Sunbeams fault. No probation or anything for John which is good. Most of all ,no one was hurt. Chalk one up again for the Hans device.

Car looks cool. One question though. I don't know much about roll cages, but wouldn't it be better to have the oil lines inside the cage so that should a side impact occur and ruptures a line, you won't be sprayed with hot oil?

I have another question, I don’t mean to nit-pick but why did you mount the fuel pump in the engine compartment? Do you have another one up front to “Push” the fuel to the one in the back?

BTW, it looks very good, I really like those oil lines as well.

nien 14-6 Yes their is a fuel pump up front along w a baffling system. Fuel system is always pressureized. will still run if its on its roof
