My 3.0 weighs too much..will my inline-4 Ninja engine work better in my Bastard?
It spins to 13000 RPM..that should be a plus right? And it only weighs about 80 lbs I think..won't that be better?
Is this a good idea? |
Hook one up to each wheel for the best effect
|
Caster wheels?
|
Just drill holes in it. That should lighten it up.
Dan ;) |
I think you should go the other way around and stuff that 3.0 in your Ninja.
See here for how. http://bosshoss.com/product_info.asp?i=BHC3502 |
funny thing, how this isnt the strangest thread today! this project will only be cool if you can keep the motorcycle foot gear shifter! oh, and the neutral light...

Yeah...I don't know what got into me..I guess all the other twilight zone threads got to me :D
Maybe I SHOULD put a flat-six on two wheels...:D |
Look at the torque curve on it.....not much...plus that pig err, fine german svelte piece of machinery....weighs a bit more than the Ninja.....
|
hmm...is this a peak 'bout our project?
|
Not at all Goran...more like I have furniture caster envy and sipping urges :D
Your project belongs in the GruppeB family...come play on the GB forum.. |
Souk, the Briggs & Stratten on my mower might be better for your application. I think it's 6 1/2 HP. Is that enough?
