930 won't start

This 1988 911 turbo had a shorted out alternator, which I replaced. Now, the car cranks but won't start. I checked for 12v at the coil with the key on, no power. I checked for 12v at the ignition control, no power. When cranking, the fuel pumps don't even go on.
Does anyone know if there is a fusible link or other fuses somewhere in the car for these things? All the fuses at the fuse box are ok, and the ignition switch is working fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no wiring diagram for this car.
Thanks!
