Alignment question
Once I lowered the front of my car I can no longer get the camber back to spec. What can easily be done to offset this without camber boxes?
Thanks |
how much is it lowered based on using stock tire diameter ?
|
Raised RSR Front Spindles.

It's lowered approx. 1/2" so I was able to just use the rack spacers for bump steer.
What are RSR Spindles? Thanks |

The camber is -1.8 and -1.3 deg. in the front, which could be ok since I have the old OE rubber bushings in the A Arms and the struts. Then I just have to set the tire pressure.

Some filing of the holes at the strut top will give you a little more range of adjustment, maybe 1/4 degree. If you need more, you can get offset camber plates which are good for about 3/4 degree additional.

Thanks guys, I will have to see if any of this is worth doing since my car runs and drives fine. Just want to be proactive if it could lead to trouble.
