Looks like the VW Jetta had 3-4 car lenths by the end of the strip...
It also looks like they were both awesomesly fast. I can't read the time but it sould be high 10s...
How many turbos on the Jetta? You gotta get the 800RWhp... then you'll show him!
Keep them coming!!!

The Jetta is single Turbo with full blown slicks the car weights 2100pnds everything that you can imagine that can be deleted is has been then they throw a tag on it and call it "Street Legal"

The run was very close we lost

11.2 @ 140mph to a 11.1@ 130mph

Maybe next time.

Juan,
You really need to go lightweight with your 911.. you still have too much stuff in it.. leather and crap.. make it lighteight and NO ONE will touch you.. you'd BE AMAZED at how much weight can kill you!!!
you are doing grreat! but you have to loose weight and then you won't have to make so much HP!

Looks like a really close run at the end. Love the flames you throw...seemed to be a real crowd pleaser! Nice work!

Ours weights 2730 BUT the problem is some of the events have weight restrictions minimun weight is 3200 just last event we had to put 6 bags of sand on the car to comply, but I agree she is going on a diet starting yesterday and I too should loose some weight a good 25pnds

I need to keep her as close as posible to be in 100% street trim

Man .... those rules suck. Juan.
bcause you would have a killer machine once the weight is gone!
* note: not that it isn't already a monster!

I agree with Eric, about the rules and the MONSTER comment...
Back to the race..... that Jetta must be a sick car.... assuming they have a power to weight ratio similar to yours that Vw is putting down close to 500Rwhp.....

Juan,
Looks like your car is running great!
Are you running a 4 or 5 speed?
I had 1st and 2nd gear lowered
in my 4 speed, it comes off a lot
quicker now.
This guy beat you off the line, his
grearing is much lower than yours.
He ran out of power at about 1000 feet.
I would be looking at a gearing change,
you have more than enought power.
Stay with it Bro.
