Cockeyed Car

How long can I expect my car to stay lopsided after being jacked way up on it's side? It was up for 30 minutes and has been down now for 30 or so. It looks like it is getting better but I was not sure if this is indicative of worn parts.

You need to roll it back and forward to settle it out. Also the spring may have come out of the perch on the rear shock....
