What does this do...

I am working on the cold start problem on my car, but I notice I have a small electrical problem...a broken wire coming from something attached to the tensioner cover...can someone tell me what it is and what it does...thanks!

Thermo time switch - it tells the cold start injector to run until the engine is warm.

Thermo-Time Switch ... a critical part of your cold-start circuitry!!!

It is Current Track # 11 - 12 in the following diagram.
