Cabriolet power top control module info
 

I have an 86 Cabriolet and want to try to convert my power top to operate with the engine running like the 993's. Does anyone have any info on doing this without buying additional wiring harnesses and the later 993 control module. Someone earlier mentioned splicing into one of the control unit harness wires and grounding this wire along with spicing an additional wire into the rocker switch. Anyone done this conversion? Which wires are spliced into or modified? Any help appreciated or wiring diagrams etc. Thanks everybody Bill.
