Good New York Optima prices?
My West Coast friends tell me they get great prices on Optima batteries at Costco, but we don't have any Costcos up here in the wilds of the Hudson River Valley. Anybody found any other big-box stores that sell them at good prices?

I bought the red top model at the interstate store here in rochester for $105. I told him I work at kodak; he said they give employees of some of the companies that they do business with a discount.

I've seen them at PepBoys in these area's. They all seem to be in the same price range, so they may not be discounting them at places like CostCo. By the way, congrads on your book. Lots of good reviews out there and I'm looking to pick it up as soon as its available.

Optima gel cell batteries come in a number of flavors. Red top is normal, yellow top is deep-cycle, etc....
Red top should be norm for most of us ..... -Wil
