Nouse???

Do you guys mean the full word "Carrera"? Then it would read "Gruppe Carrera"? I thought we were going for "Gruppe C" Anyone else? BTW, I like the top one.

You know, all we need is the stickers and T-shirts, since the cars are damn near perfect already.

I think we are talking about using the Carrera script to say Gruppe C

Sorry. Typo. Sould be:

"Nous"

"Reason and knowledge as opposed to sense perception.
The rational part of the individual human soul.

The principle of the cosmic mind or soul responsible for the rational order of the cosmos.

In Stoicism, the equivalent of Logos.

In Neo-Platonism, the image of the absolute good, containing the cosmos of intelligible beings.

Chiefly British. Good sense; shrewdness: “Hillela had the nous to take up with the General when he was on the up-and-up again” (Nadine Gordimer). "

Is it true that there is a 996 forum on the ZEREX web site? ;)

OK, got it. We artists can be a little dense. Let me work on that.

However, I'm sure you've heard about the horse that was designed by a committee...

Nope. I am just trying to help if I can, so I hope that I am not out of line with my suggestions.

it's not the artist part...it's that damn Carrera that's pulling your iq down...

Yep, all that superior acceleration, deceleration and handling must really be dumbing you down--lol

How are those designs coming along?
I'd be interested in seeing how the 'Carrera' script font would look too.
But of the 3 initial renderings, #2 is my choice. I like #1's idea, but the "C" isn't distinct enough.

my worthless, non-artistic opinion

'86 coupe, stickerless......for now

Sorry, had to get back to the paying jobs! I'll work on these more as I get time. Critiques welcome!

BTW Scooter, that horse? Turned out to be a camel. Never heard that one?

I haven't heard that one, but I do get it. I am just slow. ;)

Wavey 06-14-2004 05:13 AM

OK, did some in the Carrera script, but they suck so I'm not even going to post them. The problem is, while the script works great with the word "Carrera", it looks really awkward with the descenders from the "p"s.

So, if anyone wants any of the other ones, PM me and I'll send you an EPS or whatever you want. Then you can do your own T-shirt on the computer, or get a local sign shop to cut it in vinyl.

I'm still trying to erase the mental image of those 'bear' wheels on a Porsche. Ughhhhhhhh!
