Why the price difference between T spark plugs vs. S and E spark plugs ??

Bosch Spark Plug, 6 Per Car, 911T (1968-71), Each
W5DC $1.85

Bosch Spark Plug, 6 Per Car, 911S (1967-73), 911E (1969-73), 911T (1972-73), Each W3DPO $13.85

IIRC many folks are not fond of the Bosch Platinum plugs that are factory spec for the E/S cars.

I have been using NGK plugs with good results and their pricing is much more palatable. Depending on your engine you'd want something between a BP5ES and BP8ES (hotter to colder).

The price difference is because the W3DPO is platinum. W3DPlatinumO

I think the "old" $20 platinum plugs are a different animal than the $2 ones that have the bad rep. I could be wrong though.
