cruise control brain harness - white wire to #3 or #4?

While removing my cruise control brain in my 1980 sc to change out the master cylinder, the harness came apart and the white wire poped out. Should the white wire sit in position #3 or #4 in the plastic harness that connects to the brain?

Thanks, Graham

Graham,
The only reference I have goes back to '84. It shows the white wire on pin 3, nothing on pin 4.
Good luck.
