Just some bs.
There is hard info on different levels of Fear.. that specific level does get mixed with many other related circuits to power most things. So some of these different levels of fear don't relate to each other in practice. I once was asked by a young guy
"How can I scuba dive drunk. Not real drunk. only a few brews? "
so I know this guy's act because he has followed me everywhere down under. and I had to think real quick with a reply he'd buy because he's fearless. So I quickly beamed in on keeping him from getting hurt. Lets say he was charged up satisfied with my answer..
whatever
