Temperature Sensors
 

My 87 3.3L has two temperature sensors,
One on the right next to the oil pressure sender with one connection.
Another on the left cam housing with 2 connections.

Which one of these sends the signal to the the oil temp gauge on the dash and what does the other one do?

One on the right next to the oil pressure sender with one connection is for the oil temp. gauge.
Another on the left cam housing with 2 connections is for the cold start injector.
