Zach,
Is the car a daily driver or garage queen?

If you don't drive it to work I would suggest a collector car policy from Haggerty or one of the other speciaty car insurance companies.
While this has been discussed often I have found through research that Haggerty was the most lenient (they even said I could bring the car to work IF I had to bring it for service that day). You may have an issue with the fact that your daily driver is not five years old or newer.
