I have a 72t that I am currently restoring
and I am about to redo all the hose's Do I need to keep the smog stuff and the can in the front , or can I plug it off? If I can get rid of it , any ideas of how to do it? The charcoal cannister is for venting the gas tank. If you remove it you will fail the gas cap test, but oh well, you have no emissions tests to pass. I say chunk it as long as it doesnt screw anything up.
