It was time for a pedal cluster rebuild with some new bronze bushings. My clutch was working fine but sometimes felt sort of bent or like it was flexing. Once I got the pedal cluster out(not fun), I have the image of the threshold plate imprinted on my chest now, I made this discovery... The good news is that the roll pin came out of the pedal shaft relatively easily as a result. I can't imagine I had too many more miles before this left me stranded or at least clutch-less somewhere...
