Angry Door Ding

Spent two years stripping and painting my 911. Wife stops at the drycleaners and someone dings the door, paint is fine and there is no crease. Do you think dent masters could fix it or do I need to have it done at a body shop. I live in north east pennsylavania (Milford) if somone knows of a good shop.

As long as no paint is missing dent masters should be able to fix it just fine

Dent masters is great provided the paint is not chipped.

If your going to let your wife drive your car, why would you be surprised that she gets a door ding? If she is going to drive your 911 for errands and park along all the Suburbans and Explorers, a door ding is in your future. I'll bet your wife didn't park in the empty spaces that take a few feet more walk from like you would. Next time you'll know better then to let her use your car. (My wife has never driven my car in 5 years, nor has asked to)

my wife chooses not to, but I would let her because she would take the same caution as you or I...just don't ask me about the time my Trek 5500 was on the roof rack (Van) and she went to the bank (very expensive trip). Hope all works out for you since the dent master guys do pretty good work.

I've used paintless dent repair many times, with excellent results. Those guys are magicians! If the paint isn't damaged and the metal isn't creased, you should be OK.

Absolutely true!! Don't go for a low-end hack. Check with the local Porsche club and see if they can suggest someone.
