US Grand Prix experience

My two sons and I attended the US Grand Prix this past weekend. It was a really great trip - can't recommend it highly enough. One of the sons shot video most of the day. I put together a 17 minute video that does a much better job of communicating the experience than words or pictures.

glad you had good time... any GP is a great experience.

Its a real pity that the organisers screwed up so badly though...leaving Baby Schu out there for 2 mins before the doc was a serious error...just lucky hes still with us!!!

I was out there Saturday with Thrown Hammer (Shawn French) and 724doorE (Dennis H.) We parked in the Porsche (not exclusive) car corral. I went out again on Sunday and took my boys. My boys and I have been to all 5 USGP's in Indy and this was a good one with a lot of action (craches) right in front of us. If you come back next year, let me know and I can get you tickets in our area. The local club has about 400 seats in "H" stand. You could also join us for the PCA dinner the night before the race. Kevin Buckler from the Racers Group and Derrik Walker were among the guest speakers this year.

You're absolutely right - a GP experience is always a great one.

I took my 'ol 944S to the Canadian GP in Montreal from Pittsburgh for the 10th time two weeks ago. Saw all kinds of P-cars - including an SC with plates from Texas!!
