Did you clean the connection for the horn? Mine had a bunch of grease on it, so I cleaned it. Bad idea. It sounded terrible when I turned. So, I took the wheel back off and re-greased the connector and ring that it runs on. Fixed.

CHILI you rock.............

The mech put the new wheel on this morning........Prior to installing the new wheel my horn was acting up, so i told him to take a look at that prior to installing the new wheel. He had the "junior mech" clean the ring........

He scrubbed everything of it. Then he installed the new wheel......Now terrible grating noiz......

That's got to be it
