Complete AC Kit
When I bought my car it came with a complete uninstalled AC kit. I don't drive me car everyday, so I'm not going to install it. The original price was about $1400 I think. Does anyone know how much these are going for.

Probably a KCoool kit dealer install kit. The evaporator and underdash ducting and vents are the most valuble portion. The condenser and compressor (probably one of the bulky 10 cu in. York truck units) are both obsolescent. The compressor can be converted to R-134a use by changing the oil, some seals and the charging fittings. The hoses will be non-barrier and are likely made with flare fittings and are likely sized to run down the passenger side of the car (inside the rocker) where they'll be in the way of oil cooler lines where they enter and exit the rocker. The receiver/drier will only work with R-12. Put the kit on E-bay and you might get $1400 for it from someone who wants a complete vintage set-up. If you elect to break up the kit and sell pieces let me know. Cheers, Jim

It's almost a brand new kit. It's a may be a few years old.
