Jerry
Hubs are still readily available - the version for 356B/C/early 911's up to July '74 was model no. 0146/3600. I think that since Personal & Nardi amalgamated they have changed the number to 3801. Andy

I think I have a Dino hub that will fit on that wheel.

I think that the Dino & Momo wheels use the same bolt pattern - the Nardi is different.

I replaced my Dino wheel with a Momo and the bolt patterns were different, but it looks like the Dino and Nardi use the same pattern.

Momo (& I think Dino) has bolt circle diameter of 70mm.
Nardi has a bolt circle diameter of 74mm. Andy

I bought my Nardi-Momo adapter ring from these guys for $30, which allowed me to use a Momo hub to mount the Nardi wheel.
