Steering Wheel Loose
My steering wheel on my 81 SC is somewhat wobbly. What is the reason for this? Is it the center nut that holds it? Or is it just old and needs replacing? Would prefer that it not fall off while I'm driving. Have not taken the wheel off yet.

chances are the plastic bushing that is under the nut is worn/in pieces......

Thanks, That sounds like that is what it is. I'll give the part a try. They also have a nice article in here on how to replace it.
