bay area guys, marin side...dipsey cafe?

ok, i have walked the dipsey trail, although i never knew that was the name of the sucker. i have ridden the roads on a streetbike, on the imfamous "sunday morning" rides. i hear talk of the dipsey cafe. i hope to blast up there for breakfast over the long weekend. yahoo, turned up zippo. anybody have any info? i know about two birds cafe.

Don't know about the Dipsey.
But a group of us tried to book the Two birds Cafe, and found out that they are closed for a few months.
There is a great english style tavern at the base of mnt Tam. on the ocean side, give me minute to look it up.

I live about a minute away from it. Just come over the golden gate, take the stinson beach, highway 1 exit and follow that road for about 2 miles max. You will go over a tiny bridge, it's the first building after bridge on right. It sits along of a creek. Great eggs benedict.
Pelican inn is about 8 miles a way. That is a great ride in the porsche. It's about a 1\4 mile away from the beach. Kind of dark inside, but lots of charm-a must see.
All the roads in that area are about the best in the bay area for driving the 911. Have fun.

Mountain Home Inn on Edgewood, I drive up there about 8-10 times a month. A friend of mine live on that road. Great drive. Although there are some slow drivers up there that won't do a courtesy pull-over.

dipsea was decent! i liked it, girlfriend liked it.

two birds is closed? i dont remember where it is. i used to go there on the sunday morning motorcycle ride, but as slower guy, i always followed, therefore i cant get there again. you marin guys ever get together for breakfast at the end of all these twisty roads? the photo ops are amazing!
