SC wide body or turbo fender well liners

I have done some searching and cannot find very much info out there... so I have to ask.

Who knows what is supposed to go in the fender wells of a real 81 Turbo bodied car? My 81SC has steel flares but the fender wells are wide open. I recently saw the same car (but a real turbo) and I noticed the front fenders were closed up with a nice looking, thinly padded panel. Anybody have any info or, better yet, pics? I can't find these pieces on our hosts catalogue (if they exist) and ebay turns up only 993 fender well liners.

If they do exist, I'd like to get my hands on some. If they don't exist, maybe I'll make some...

Thanks - B

You will have to make them- the factory never offered them. Polyethylene or teflon sheet would work. Or get a set of 91-94 turbo inner liners and modify them to fit your earlier wide body chassis

I'd be interested in seeing a picture of these if anyone has one. Were the inner liners only for the front?
