WARNING: Don't go to Auburn Swap Meet

I got up this morning and headed off to Auburn Indiana for there swap meet. When I got there I was told that it had been changed to sunday. And that they were sorry that I drove over.

Well this was advertised in Panorama and Excellence. The ad reads

1st Annual PORSCHE
Midwest Porsche Swap and Auction
Saturday, July 24, & Sunday July 25
10:00 AM


This is a fruad, they changed the date and never listed it
BASTARDS.

I can understand your dissapointment, but I think calling it fraud is going just a bit too far. The swap meet business is really down because of Ebay. Maybe that may be a part of it. Look at it as a nice day to take a ride in your 911.

The swap meet was also listed at kruse.com which I think it would have been easy enough to note the change so maybe the word could have spread . Poorly handled in my opinion .

I drove down from Flint with money to spend. We got there around 9:30 am only to find out it was changed to Sunday. Called the wifey.......going back Sunday!
I too was pretty unhappy that noone seemed to know what the he@@ was supposed to happen. Visited some of the museums and met some other Pcar guys while in town so it wasn't a total waste. What we were told was that Kruse did not have enough cars for the auction today so they pushed the swap meet to Sunday.

I thought about making the drive up from Inday and boy I'm glad I didn't. They should have put a notice of the change on their web site.
