Dash light problem
 

I have a 78 sc. I had the speedometer out for servicing and put it back in and it works fine. The question is the lights for it. They worked fine when I took it out but now when I turn on just parking lights the speedometer lights up. When I pull the switch on out for headlights everything stays lit up but the speedometer lights go out. Did I get a wire mixed up somewhere??

One bulb lights up when you pull your headlight switch out to parking lamp position. I did this too last week. You mixed up the bulb holders when you put them back in the speedo. I think the dial face light wires are the same color. The parking lamp wire is a different color. Reposition, and you should be fine.
