Ed, when I was playing with my exhaust system I hollowed out my cat to use it as a premuffler. Car felt like it was tried to a tree when compared to how it ran with the test pipe.
I think that you may be losing a few HP.

I'm interested in Grattan anytime it is available as long as we don't have a bunch of crazies on it while I am there.

Paul- Hmmm, might be losing power but not compared to the stock stuff. I will eventually try a dedicated Pre-muff as I heard they add power but I know the car feels alot better with that stuff gone. Maybe mine was plugged or somehting but for now this is better.
