Alternator

OK I just finished replacing the VR on my alternator (internal one). Got everything back together and made sure to write down where all the wires connected. Everything is adjusted and moving freely. I started the car and all appeared to be "happy." However, the battery is not charging. What did I miss?

Hard to say until you take it apart again and look. Did you know your problem was the VR and not something else? Hopefully you just forgot to hook something up.
