Where to get door plugs ?

Can anyone tell me where to get replacement door plugs , the ones that cover the window frame bolts and also surround the wiring harness coming out of the doors ? I checked here on Pelican and I can't find them listed . New paint and old plugs looks kind of nasty . Thanks
