Look what the postman brought today

Let's see;

- High dome, check
- Deep valve pockets, check
- 90mm bore, check
- Symmetric dome, check

Yes these will work nicely.

1 down, now only 5 more to go!!

I'm actually getting ready to order a set of Mahle 3.4 pistons and jugs, got to do it by 7/31 to get the sale pricing...starting to hoard parts.

Sure would be a shame to hide that nice craftsmanship inside finned tubes.

look like the 10.5:1 @ 84mm pistons I put in my 2.4. I'll agree with Noah, I wanted to put them on my mantle, not in my engine to get coked up with carbon (gotta love MFI). THey look like they'll be lots of fun.

I'm putting together a twin plug, crank fired, EFI, individual throttle bodied, high compression 2.7. All the goodies to spin fast and last (relatively) long.

Turbo oil pump, big case squirters, ARP bolts, shuffled pinned, boat tailed, mooned, polished crank, etc, etc.

This is going in my '73. I'm shooting for 250HP which should move its 2100 lbs pretty well.

The 2.7 with throttle bodies should keep the early peaky charector of the car, which is important to me.

I'm going to run the car in POC V3 next season. This is not a popular combo in V3, most guys are running 3.2. But I'll be allowed a significant weight advantage so I'm hoping the car will be competitive. Now I just need to make the driver equally competitive, that's the hard part. POC V3 is full of hot shoes and is an extremely competitive class.
