See what you make of this. It's a Diablo replica. They've gone to extraordinary lengths to try to copy the chassis and so on - and the craftsmanship look pretty good. But then there are bits that really make me cringe - grinding 'corvette' off the calipers and stencilling 'brembo' on???!! A plastic cover that makes the V8 look like a V12? It costs $100,000 - you can get a real 1992 one for that. Bonkers.

Oh, the Porsche connection? It's got a 915 transmission :)

At 100000 USD I'd call it madness. Imagine what "real" cars you can buy for that kind of money :eek:
