Who sells rsr rivet in fender flares

????

You could probably pick any flare and install them with Dzus fasteners. Steel will likely last longer than fiberglass for this application.

NO one sells steel front RSR flares for your early car.

It gets kinda funny when when Ive asked so many questions that at this point everyone knows what kind of car Im restoring!:D

Ok, who sells the cheapest flares, of either steel or FG?
Or can the flares be easily made?

thanks

FG will be cheaper. Check Pelican, GT-Racing, Peter and Rennspeed, Getty Designs. They will all have the necessary parts.

Peter makes great stuff and is reasonable on price. they pop on Ebay occasionally.

Of course you *really* mean ..."rivet-on 934 flares"......

I don't ever remember RSR's with riveted-on flares ...:)

jpnovak, would the restoration-design steel turbo front flares fit an early car for the RSR look? I know that are probably slightly different on the lip (I still can't figure out EXACTLY how a SC/turbo flare differs from a RS/RSR flare), but wouldn't the flare itself still fit onto an early fender? Well, I guess you would have to fab the short extension on the front. Still, if you can weld (well;) then you probably have enough skill to fab that little pc? Is there something else Im missing?

BTW, I have a set of F&R turbo carbon/fiberglass flares left over if your interested JNadal.

Tnx,
SMD

How 'bout those new SUV's ( Jeeps?, Nissan's?) that use a similar mounting style but prolly use stainless socket head bolts...

Ever seen these ???
