What color to paint mech grill on spoiler?

I was looking close at the mech in the grill of my spoiler, I was thinking it could use some paint.

What color if any, or recomendations.

It's a black 85 widebody with the whale tail (turbo tail)

What color is the hood script?

Black is always good, or how about silver on your car?

I think I remember a past thread on this. Try a search.

Is the grille plastic or steel on these cars? Krylon has a new paint for exterior use on plastics. For metal, maybe that Wurth paint that the guys use on the wheels or targa bars, or any spray enamel. I don't think heat is an issue, is it?

You could also go w/ powdercoat.
