driver's side door cabin light switch...
The cabin light does not come on when I open the driver's door,
but it works fine when the passenger's side door is opened. I removed the little push button switch from the driver's side door jamb, and discovered that there was no wire attached to it! I guess it must have come off somehow. Is there any way to retreive this wire, or put in a new one without taking the front left fender off??? Please help!

Look for a brown wire w/white stripe behind the switch. You won't have to take the fender off. You may have to remove the kick panel cover to get access to behind the switch if you can't fish it back out through the switch hole though.

Thanks David and Diana. I looked for the brown/white stripe wire,
and think I found it. The problem is that I can't access the area behind the switch. I removed what I think is the "kick panel", which is a carpeted panel on the left side under the dash, but there is still a barrier where the brown/white wire passes through that I can't remove. How can I access the area behind the light switch button without removing the left fron fender? I hope someone has a suggestion. Electrical problems can be the pitts!
