'73 Stock Sports Seats and Shroth Harnesses

I am placing Shroth harnesses in my '73 911. I am using the stock sports seats until I by new shells.

I want to use the stock seat belt mounting points. The outer mounting point for both the driver and passanger seats are 19mm bolts, I will use these as mounting points.

The inner mouting point latch/buckle is mounted to the seat frame, via a pressed fitting. Can I drill this fitting out and reattach with a bolt?

If not, where are others using for the inner mounting point?
