Finished Header !! (993)

Hey guys. Got some time to do the fitment on the motor and have them welded together. I know some of you wanted to see them when they were completed.

Fabrication and fitment work by yours truly. The welding courtesy of my friend Jason at Autologic. All the joints were purge welded with a TIG.

Those of you who have removed/installed the stock heat exchangers should be able to appreciate this shot.

We relocated the exhaust studs and positioned the flanges so that when installing/removing there is a straight path to the nuts.

Great work! Those are absolute works of art. The only problem with them is nobody will get to see them when they are under your engine.

Garage
Brilliant idea about the straight path to the bolts, its a real PITA changing back and forth for summer (no heat needed) and winter.
