Gratutious '73 pics

Ayup I know I need to lose the rocker panels - but am waiting until the car is painted, but thought I would try this look for a while. All is easily reversable.
The tail looks better in day light. Might lose the center caps.

Don't want the car confused with a faux RS, but like the duck look. Could put the stock engine hood for more of a light-weight look. Just messing around for fun.

Nice - seems to be a sort of bluish white. Color of the skylight? or is it gulf blue in flat light?

I killed my 73.5 rubber bumperguards for shrome ones with a rubber strip.

have you considered the rough anodized (RSR) finish on the Fuchs? the chromies seem out of place.

Thanks guys. It's dusk, so it's picking up the night sky. Only the license plates were photochopped.

I removed the deco strips and filled the holes, sanded and painted. Then applied the stripes. Really like the look. We'll see how well the tape holds up against the hot exhaust.

I have a full fiberglass lower rear end piece waiting to be installed after the repaint. Should look sweet.
