What cat is this?

Does anyone know what type/brand of cat this is? The PO had this installed...he said it's a "heavy duty" cat, not the same as the original. If you do know what it is, is this an overly restrictive type?
BTW, the car runs great and very fast. But the exhaust is pretty quiet.

ya, on the bottom is printed:

CA N TD 6100 and then N EM 5114.
Still can't seem to figure out who makes it and if it's high flow or not.
