930 insurance rate

Hi all,
I am looking at a 1986 930 and was kind of shocked that USAA will charge $109 per month ($1308 annually) for this as a pleasure vehicle driven less than 10K miles a year - and that doesn't even guarantee replacement value. We only pay $1700 or so a year altogether for a 2000 Audi A4, 2003 Outback and 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. Is this extraordinarily high or just life with a 930?

as an aside, how to 930 rates compare with a comparable year 911?

A few months ago I looked into this. Just for fun I got quotes from Geico and Progressive on both 86 Carrera and 86 Turbo. The difference was big but not absolutely enormous. Can't remember the numbers now.
