How does a limited slip diff work?
 
Hi,

I've never quite understood how these types of diff work. Do they need any regular adjustment, and is their life expectancy as good as the conventional type?

So, the 911 has a clutch type unit?

oem ZF are clutch type

Quaife/Torsen is a gear type
