what tires for my 77 911

I'm torn as to what to put on this car. Right now it has Pirelli P6000 tires in 195 65 15. Considering stock is a 70 series tire I am wondering if it's ok to drop some diameter and go to a 195 60 15? How about 205 60 15? I like the light steering so I don't want to screw that up, but I would like more grip in the corners. I am considering these tires right now-

Basically the Yokes AVS 100s seem decent and I've driven a 911 with them, but in 50 series. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
