Porsche Crest 120K mile maintenance ?

I recently bought my first 911 an 84 with almost 120K and wanted to know what needs to be done in terms of regular maintenance. The oil and valves were done a few miles ago.
Not sure about timing belt? gas filter ? Tran oil ? etc......Anyone know where I can get a one page chart?
Thanks

David

You really want to set a baseline for your car. Here is what I would do:

BUY THE BENTLEY MANUAL FOR THE CARRERA!!!!

1. Change oil and oil filter.
2. Replace Air Filter.
3. Replace sparkplugs, rotor and distributor cap.
4. Inspect sparkplug wires and replace if original.
5. Adjust valves.
6. Check for broken head studs and check head stud torque.
7. Change transmission fluid with Swepco 201
8. New gas filter.
9. Replace fan belt, make sure you have 6 shims for adjustment.
10. Do a compression and leakdown test to get an idea what kind of shape the engine is in.
11. Check air pressure in all the tires.
12. Retorque lug nuts to 96 foot pounds.
13. Inflate spare tire to see if it holds air and then deflate.
14. Check date on battery. If over 4 years old think about replacing.
15. Inspect brake pads and rotors, replace as necessary.
16. Flush out old brake fluid and replace with new.

A 911 doesn't have a timing belt, it uses two timing chains which you don't need to replace.

Might want to check the date stamped on the side of your CV joints. If they are the originals, you might want to consider new ones. Their service life is 100k miles.
