Talking Aftermarket Seats for 911E

I need some new seats for my new 69E. It looks like people are liking the Bielstien/GTS seats as well as the Vintage Seats seats.

Any comments on what you have tried and liked?

I want to find a classis seat with provision for 5 point harness. The car will be driven at DE events and I am looking for ideas which are more or less "period".

Here is a photo of my new ride.

Thanks
BK

By the way, this is my first new thead as well first picture post so apologies ahead if I screwed it up.

The BF Torino/Beilstein seats can be bought with 5 point provisions. Here's a writeup on mine. I would buy them again. Awesome seats.

I'm thinking along the same lines. Do you like either of these?

Hey BK, what size tires are those? The stance looks really nice. Is it lowered? Nice car

I got these Pro Car seats made by Scat for $300 at the Pomona swap meet. I liked the vintage look and boy do they hold you in place.

Kallgren,

You can see pictures of the Bielsteins I have in my car and my comments about them here:

Bob: The wheel is a Momo "Super Indy" it looked right for an early car, Kind of a mahagony prototipo. I also liked the Momo "Grand Prix" Again a three spoke but with dozens of smaller holes in each spoke. Looks just like somthing you would see in a a 60's F1 car. But hard to come by. I think I got this on on Ebay for $125

Brittbolen,

The tires are 205/60R15. The rear is 24.5" to the fender lip, the front is 25 3/16" to the fender lip. I haven't measured using the factory methodology yet.

Thanks
Bill

Everybody,

Thanks for all the feedback, I see a new set of these Bielstiens in my future. I have been busy staining the garage this weekend and will get some more photos shortly.

Thanks again,
BK

I bought the Bilsteins (with sub hole for 5 point harnesses) for my 73E. I started making some backets for them but didn't get finished. You know what I'll be doing over the next couple of evenings.
