83SC Vacuum line help needed

I just got the engine and transmission back into my 83SC over the weekend and I have 1 vacuum line that I do not know where it goes. There are 3 vacuum lines coming from the front, left side of the motor; 1 black, 1 red, 1 blue. The red and blue lines go to the distributor, but I can not figure out where the black line goes. Any Ideas?

Leaving it disconnected does not seem to effect operation of the car, but I would like to get it connected correctly. Thanks.

This is 80-83. Vac lines are dotted. Fuel are solid.

Red geen blue doesn't mean anything... not stock.
Pictures would help.

My 83 SC had 3 black hoses and connections. All 3 hoses met in the back off the engine bay as described

The first black hoses connect to the Cruise Control Servo on the left side (back of the engine bay) and the Aux. Air Regulator on the rights (back side of the engine bay) side with a 3rd connection off the T connector that connects to the back side of the Throttle Body.

The throttle body connection is done blindly if the engine is still in the vehicle. Once you find the connection point it takes 2 seconds.

Thanks Mookster. I think I need to know where the other end of those vacuum lines go. They are all connected at the back of the engine and run around to the left front side. Can someone tell me where the deceleration valve is located? It is item 13 in the picture above.
