Cruise control vac help

Its a 86 carrera 3.2 and I give up, there is a large vac line from my acuator that goes nowhere, is there to be a T somewhere in the vac system to operate the unit? The only thing off the intake now is a line that runs to the oil tank vent and one to the air cleaner box, and they do not look like they ever had a T or have been changed?

Thanks

craig

The large line doesn't connect to anything. It is for the unit to have atmospheric pressure. The skinnier line connects to a "T" for vac.
